🌱 Prepping Your Yard for Winter — Castle Rock Water Tips

🍂 Fall is officially here, and it’s the perfect time to get your yard ready for the colder months ahead. Castle Rock Water has a full set of tips (plus a video with water conservation expert Rick) at CRgov.com/FallPrep.

Highlights include:
➡️ Watering restrictions end Sept. 30
➡️ Space out watering to less than every three days — helps roots grow deep and strong
➡️ Winterize your irrigation system by mid-October
➡️ Add or fluff mulch to insulate plants
➡️ Skip the pruning (wait until spring!)
➡️ Wrap young tree trunks to prevent sunscald

🌳 Remember: Healthy plants = better water efficiency! 💧

Downtown Castle Rock Restaurant Week

One week. Local chefs. Limited-time dishes. For the very first time, Downtown Castle Rock is hosting Restaurant Week.

🗓️ October 5–11 | Exclusive menus coming soon
🍽️ Expect inventive dishes, seasonal specials, and flavors you won’t find any other time.

🍴 The Brinkerhoff Opens Its Doors

Castle Rock just got a new dining destination. The Brinkerhoff, perched high above town, combines bold Mexican steakhouse traditions with the artistry of sushi — all inside a space inspired by Mexican colonial architecture, handcrafted details, and sweeping mountain views.

The open kitchen and design details make this more than dinner — it’s an experience. A Brinkerhoff Hospitality concept, the restaurant is already being called a landmark for dining in Colorado.
