Fall is officially here β and our town is leaning all the way in. π From trail runs to spooky markets, from guided hikes to fresh pie, October and November are packed with canβt-miss events. Plus, Downtown Castle Rock is serving up something brand new with Restaurant Week and the grand opening of a one-of-a-kind dining destination.

π΄ The Brinkerhoff Opens Its Doors
Castle Rock just got a new dining destination. The Brinkerhoff, perched high above town, combines bold Mexican steakhouse traditions with the artistry of sushi β all inside a space inspired by Mexican colonial architecture, handcrafted details, and sweeping mountain views.
The open kitchen and design details make this more than dinner β itβs an experience. A Brinkerhoff Hospitality concept, the restaurant is already being called a landmark for dining in Colorado.
